One of the MA told me that the property industry people, especially with the SP, would like to see themselves communicating with a person than a faceless email account
They prefer mary.loh@your_company.com.sg rather than an email account as manager@your_company.com.sg
The problem is when Mary resign, you either has to send an announcement to all stakeholders that the new email is now lucy.phoon@your_company.com
The frustration is the returned mail that SP will receive for sending to a defuncted email.
There are more administrative work for every change of staff.
If you see IRAS, they have a staff AskJamie@IRAS.gov.sg and Jamie never resign.
You can do the same for your mcst so that new staff will continue to access this email and also read any email trails that was before him/her.
